Layka Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their Egham-based team. This varied role involves providing administrative assistance to the Sales, dispatch, and invoicing teams. Key responsibilities include:

* Data entry and cleaning in SAGE 200, the company's ERP software
* Flexible office administration, including answering the telephone, supporting field engineers, and processing customer queries
* Preparing quotes and processing small parts orders from customers
* Processing sales orders from contracts managers, including creating quotes and issuing delivery notes and invoices
* Processing service and maintenance cases on Sicon
* Processing RMAs (Returned for repair, warranty, or service)
* Booking out stock against contracts and assisting with stock keeping precision

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. Due to the location, own transport is essential.
