Group Asset Protection Manager

About the Role:

As a Group Asset Protection Manager at Corecruitment International, you will be responsible for leading the asset protection strategy for one of our key clients, a successful family business operating in the quick service restaurant sector. With a strong background in loss prevention and a proven track record in managing multi-unit retail or restaurant operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective asset protection programs to minimize losses and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Leading investigations into fraudulent activity and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborating with store management to implement late night licensing programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Project managing the review and enhancement of in-store security systems, including CCTV, safes, alarms, and other security measures.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a loss prevention or asset protection role, preferably in a multi-unit retail or restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operations and cash management procedures at a senior level.
  • Experience with physical security standards and the UK criminal justice system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store management and other stakeholders.
