We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office, maintaining ISO quality processes, and providing administrative support to our Executive Assistant.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our office
  • Maintain records and resolve issues when identified
  • Complete new starter inductions and ensure all new starters' workspaces are ready
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors and ensure a warm welcome
  • Book travel arrangements for employees and contractors
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant, including taking meeting minutes and managing correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in office/facilities management
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multi-task
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • A 'no job too small' attitude
  • A friendly and welcoming personality with the ability to work well with others
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure while managing a diverse workload
  • Experience in taking meeting minutes (desirable)
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in writing clear and professional emails
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
