Experienced SEN Teacher for Small Groups

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at Education Matters Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to students in small group settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Students with SEMH and ASC/ADHD: Provide individualized support to students with SEMH and ASC/ADHD, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of all students, promoting academic and personal growth.
- Implement Effective Behaviour Management Strategies: Utilize evidence-based behaviour management techniques to create a positive and respectful classroom environment.
- Assess and Record Student Progress: Regularly assess and record student progress, ensuring that learning objectives are met and students are on track to achieve their full potential.
- Communicate with Parents and Colleagues: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and colleagues regarding student development and progress.
- Create a Supportive Learning Environment: Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Utilize Early Childhood Education Techniques: Incorporate early childhood education techniques to engage young learners and promote a love of learning.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to Educate and Inspire: Demonstrate the ability to educate and inspire students of all abilities, promoting academic and personal growth.
