Job Type:

Full-time, Temp to perm Contract length: 12 months. We are collaborating with a school that has recognized a significant requirement for a SEN Educator who can enhance the educational experience of young individuals within their community.

Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate for this position will be a SEN Educator who possesses confidence in their subject area competencies and has a comprehensive understanding of curriculum standards to effectively guide student learning.

The selected SEN Educator will be encouraged to embrace innovative approaches that foster a positive learning environment within the school.

It is essential for this institution that the SEN Educator can engage with parents and provide constructive feedback regarding student progress and achievements.

This role requires a SEN Educator who is adept with technology, online management systems, and possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications/Experience: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification to qualify for this position.

Additionally, eligibility for British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent certification is necessary for consideration.

Proven classroom experience or relevant training is also required for this role.
