We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Assistant to join our team at Uniform Education. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Primary School setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring a tailored approach to meet the needs of each student.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), working closely with the class teacher and other support staff.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date with best practices in SEN support and education.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience working with students with SEN, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the school and its students.
