Salary: Up to £90.00 per day (Depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a vibrant school environment. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to SEN children during class and playtime activities, utilizing your previous experience to effectively understand and support their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to SEN children during class and playtime activities
- Utilize previous experience to effectively understand and support SEN children's needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Assist with the development and implementation of behavioral support plans
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for SEN children to learn and thrive
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Ability to understand and support SEN children's needs at all times
- Dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic towards making a positive change in children's lives
- Possession of an in-date enhanced DBS or registered on the Update Service (UDS)
