Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster positive relationships with functional leadership teams and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Embed People Strategy: Ensure operational excellence in all people practices and embed people strategy across the organization.
  • Leadership Support: Advise and support leaders on employee issues, including disciplinary matters, employee development, retention, compensation philosophy, restructuring, and organizational development needs.
