Medical Clearance Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Medical Clearance team at Healix Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the non-medical aspects of the One HMG medical clearance applications, from initial inquiries to completion of outcome paperwork.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the clearance process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with team members, Operations Managers, and clearance nurses to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing.
- Stay up-to-date on clearance procedures, including hub functionality, location-specific requirements, and warning protocols.
- Lead on liaison with team members and stakeholders to proactively obtain and maintain key information.
- Develop and maintain accurate records to ensure clear next steps for members, the team, and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to telephone queries and maintaining accurate notes in case files.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and take responsibility for non-medical clearance aspects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in handling medical clearances and working in a similar role.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and escalate issues to managers for early resolution.
- Adaptability and proactivity in managing workload and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Awareness of different posting locations, challenges, and services available.
