Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clearance Coordinator to join our team at Healix in Esher. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the non-medical aspects of the One HMG medical clearance applications, from initial inquiries to completion of outcome paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and have a high level of attention to detail. They will also be able to adapt to changing work demands and prioritize tasks effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the non-medical aspects of medical clearance applications, including initial inquiries, data entry, and outcome paperwork.

  • Collaborate with the clearance team, Operations Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of applications.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure clear next steps for applicants, team members, and stakeholders.

  • Provide excellent customer service to applicants, their managers, and external clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the clearance service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing work demands.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in handling medical clearances and working with sensitive information.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
