About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR systems and benefits, serving as the first point of contact for external suppliers
  • Support the Talent & Acquisition Lead with recruitment activities as needed
  • Manage the HR inbox and screen incoming calls
  • Report monthly HR metrics for the HR department, ensuring data accuracy and deadlines are met
  • Provide administrative support across all areas of HR and the employee lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Acro's HR policies, procedures, and processes, making recommendations for improvement
  • Provide timely and accurate support and guidance to employees and people managers on HR matters
  • Maximize the efficiency of HR reporting tools to provide accurate and timely management information reports
  • Assist the HR department in presenting HR data within reports and statutory returns
  • Ensure HR systems are up-to-date and audited in line with GDPR requirements
  • Coordinate right-to-work, vetting, and referencing documentation, ensuring compliance
  • Administer timely updates to employee records and systems, including starters, leavers, and contract changes
  • Support the HR department in implementing new processes, systems, policies, and procedures
  • Provide administrative support for employee benefits, including preparing joiner, leaver, and contributions reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR-related role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practice
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to plan and prioritize workload
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in the use of HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage
