HR Operations Specialist - Hybrid Working

Crone Corkill is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our European HRSS Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate offer letters and contracts, ensuring compliance with UK and Ireland legislation.
  • Support with HR administration processes, including contract creation, amendments, and employee file maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, benefits providers, and support with administration and benefits enrolment.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes and HR policies.
  • Provide direct support to front-line employees and people leaders, leveraging HR operations expertise.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of and experience with HR Operations/Administration in UK&IR, UK&IR legislation/requirements.
  • Knowledge of and experience with MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR-systems, preferably Success Factors and/or Workday.
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems.
  • HR or Commercial vocational training required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or related field.
