Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentation and data from onboarding to off-boarding, ensuring operational processes, procedures, and policies are aligned with current employment law and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage HR data, maintenance, and auditing
- Prepare and audit payroll data for payment accuracy
- Partner with HRBP and support employee relations tasks for a seamless HR experience
- Support basic employee relations issues where relevant
- Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and human resources market environment in the UK
- Enjoyment of data processing tasks
- Exceptional time-planning and multi-tasking skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping people
- Fluent in English, Chinese languages preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
