As an Area Manager at Lidl, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future growth. You will transition from foundational roles to overseeing multiple stores, guiding Store Managers in their efforts to achieve key performance indicators and excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to your stores to ensure optimal operations, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Provide mentorship and support to Store Managers in the recruitment, training, and development of their teams, while driving improvements in store performance.
  • Encourage your teams to meet their KPIs and uphold our high operational standards.
  • Foster a work environment that empowers your teams to perform at their best, in alignment with our Leadership and Company Principles.

Qualifications Required

  • Extensive experience in motivating and leading teams across various locations to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ability to analyze complex reports, implement actionable steps, and assess the effectiveness of new initiatives.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about the evolving aspects of our business.
  • Strong communication skills to assist your teams with new launches, concepts, and processes.
  • A valid UK Driving License.
