About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Nurse Bank Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the booking and allocation of bank and agency staff within the Trust.
  • Support the Nurse Bank office with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the service.
  • Work closely with the team to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines in a pressured environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in providing an administration service and following procedure.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
