Role: Regional Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
This Regional Sales Executive will be instrumental in enhancing market share, driving volume, and executing brand initiatives within independent retail environments.
· Cultivating strong relationships with independent retailers to boost sales of alternative tobacco and nicotine products.
· Meeting and exceeding monthly sales objectives.
· Maintaining exceptional customer service standards and implementing effective account management practices.
· Taking ownership of territory planning and execution.
· Promoting non-combustible product categories to ensure BAT brands attain leading positions in retail outlets.
· Collaborating with prominent brands such as Vuse, Glo, and Velo.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualifications:
· Possession of a valid driving license.
· Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales roles.
· Outgoing and positive demeanor, with excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
· Strong team player, capable of working independently and efficiently.
· Effective time management and prioritization skills to maximize productivity.
· Determined to succeed, with the ability to self-monitor progress towards targets.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
What We Provide:
· Competitive Base Salary: £34,722.
· Performance Bonus: Up to 30% annually, contingent upon target achievement.
· Company-provided equipment: vehicle, mobile device, tablet, and fuel card (for business use).
· Benefits: Robust pension scheme with a 10% contribution from BAT, with no requirement for personal contributions; an additional matching contribution of 5% if you contribute 5%; share schemes; private medical coverage for you and your dependents; life insurance.
· Non-taxable lunch allowance of £4 per day.
· Monthly internet allowance of £10.
· Flexible Benefits program allowing selection from various options.
· 25 days of annual leave (excluding public holidays), with the option to purchase additional leave.
