Job Title: Conference and Banqueting Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to join our team at Hilton London Metropole Hotel. As a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the operations of our Conference and Events outlets to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of Conference and Events outlets
  • Ensure departmental targets are met and exceeded
  • Lead a team of Food and Beverage professionals to deliver excellent service
  • Manage guest queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the Conference and Events team to ensure seamless event execution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and conference management
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
