Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the operations of Conference & Events outlets to deliver an excellent guest experience.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve departmental targets.
  • Deputise in the absence of management and take charge of operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Food & Beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service.
What You'll Need:
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and conference management.
