Conference and Banqueting Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference and Banqueting Operations Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton, London - Tower of London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising Conference and Banqueting operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience while assisting with meeting department targets.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Conference and Banqueting operations to ensure seamless execution of events
- Communicate and delegate effectively with the team to meet daily function sheets
- Work collaboratively with the Bar, Restaurant, and Room Service teams to ensure excellent service
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions and resolving issues
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Plan, organize, and control daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and service
- Represent the needs of the team, providing support and guidance as needed
- Assist Food and Beverage with achieving financial targets, driving revenue growth and profitability
- Assist the Conference and Banquet Manager with training and developing the team, ensuring continuous improvement and growth
- Previous Conference and Banqueting experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service, with a passion for hospitality and a focus on guest satisfaction
