We are currently looking for a passionate Team Leader, to join our Banqueting Operations Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. The successful candidate will consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and colleagues. We strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

To ensure that their line manager is advised of customer complaints at all times, to deal with or ensure that complaints from customers are dealt with immediately. The role requires working 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
