About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our Conference and Banqueting team. As a Conference and Banqueting Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of conferences, banquets, and events, providing exceptional customer service, and managing a team of event coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of event coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of conferences, banquets, and events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell conference and banquet services.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
