Job Title: Conference and Banqueting Floor Manager

Hilton London Metropole Hotel is seeking a highly skilled Conference and Banqueting Floor Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of all conference and banqueting events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all conference and banqueting floor operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of conference and banqueting operations.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Aware of industry trends, propose innovative ideas to enhance the range and quality of conference and banqueting services.
  • Optimize sales and contain costs, identifying areas for action to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication and work relationships with all hotel departments, external customers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure ongoing training and development of staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage staff performance issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist other departments as needed, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive approach to hotel operations.
