About You:
  • Previous experience in a luxury banqueting environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Demonstrable experience of managing floor staff and leading teams to achieve high standards
  • Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences at all times, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of service
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners
