Key Responsibilities- Manage all conference and banqueting floor operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, evaluating guest feedback and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, optimizing sales and containing costs while identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional events and experiences, driving business growth and revenue.
