Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference and Banqueting Operations Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our Conference and Banqueting team, you will be responsible for supervising Conference and Banqueting operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with meeting department targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Conference and Banqueting operations to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Communicate and delegate effectively with the team to achieve daily function sheets
  • Work closely with the Conference and Banqueting Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
  • Represent the needs of the team and provide support to colleagues as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Conference and Banqueting operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work on your own or in teams
