Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise conference and banqueting operations, including communicating and delegating tasks as needed.
- Work closely with the Conference and Banquet Manager to ensure seamless event execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with training and developing the team, as well as conducting annual and mid-year appraisals.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Requirements:

- Strong communication and delegation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
