Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Conference and Events Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of banquet food and beverage procedures.
  • Help with the setup and coordination of conferences and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including function sheets, banquet reservation books, and customer contact information.
  • Collaborate with the Conference & Banqueting Operation Manager to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Familiarize yourself with hotel facilities and services, highlighting them to prospective clients and guests.
  • Ensure that banquet service personnel are aware of all necessary arrangements and preparations regarding functions and events.
  • Review accounts and report any discrepancies to the Conference & Banqueting Operation Supervisor.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
