Event Coordinator for Conference and Banquets

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Conference and Events Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences and events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of banquet food and beverage procedures.
- Help with the setup and coordination of conferences and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including function sheets, banquet reservation books, and customer contact information.
- Collaborate with the Conference & Banqueting Operation Manager to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Familiarize yourself with hotel facilities and services, highlighting them to prospective clients and guests.
- Ensure that banquet service personnel are aware of all necessary arrangements and preparations regarding functions and events.
- Review accounts and report any discrepancies to the Conference & Banqueting Operation Supervisor.
Benefits:
