Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Conference and Banqueting Operations Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. This role is responsible for supervising Conference and Banqueting operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with meeting department targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Conference and Banqueting operations to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to team members in line with daily function sheets
  • Work collaboratively with the Conference and Banquet Manager to achieve financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and quality assurance
  • Represent the needs of the team and provide support to colleagues

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Conference and Banqueting operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
