Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing all administrative functions related to service and maintenance operations.
  • Processing service and maintenance inquiries and ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborating with the service and maintenance team to arrange appointments and allocate necessary resources.
  • Administering service contracts and ensuring they remain current.
  • Communicating with clients to provide updates on service and maintenance progress.
  • Maintaining precise records of all service and maintenance activities.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation: In recognition of your dedication and hard work, our client offers a competitive salary in the range of £23,000 to £25,000 per annum.
