Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a driven individual to join our out-of-hours Claims team as a Claims Handler. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that all customers receive the highest standard of service while accurately assessing incident liability for repair management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with a wide variety of people every day, adapting your approach to meet the needs of each customer.
- Listen and understand customer needs, providing empathetic support to help resolve incidents.
- Work collaboratively with the Claims team to ensure accurate and timely incident assessment and resolution.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary, starting from £22,682.21 (pro-rated for part-time), increasing as your experience grows.
- A generous quarterly bonus based on individual and business performance.
- 24 days annual leave, increasing to 26 days with service (pro-rated for part-time), plus public holidays and an extra day's leave to celebrate your birthday.
- A contributory pension scheme.
