Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Third-Party Defence Handler to join our Claims Management team at FMG. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing incident liability and managing repair processes, while maintaining a strong focus on operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of third-party motor claims from notification to settlement.
- Economically settle claims on best possible terms and avoid unnecessary litigation.
- Negotiate credit hire agreements and handle personal injury claims (OIC/MOJ).
Requirements:
- Experience in third-party motor claims.
- Ability to adapt approach and provide personalized service to clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £22,369.35 to £25,752.12 per annum, based on experience, and a range of benefits that support your career development and well-being.
