About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our out-of-hours team. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that all customers receive the highest standard of service while accurately assessing incident liability for repair management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with a wide variety of people every day, adapting your approach to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Listen and understand customer needs, providing empathetic support to help resolve incidents.
  • Maintain the highest standards in your work, with a keen eye for detail and pinpoint accuracy.
  • Confidently use computer software systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with others and exhibiting critical thinking skills.
