About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our out-of-hours Claims team. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that all customers receive the highest standard of service while accurately assessing incident liability for repair management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with a wide variety of people every day, adapting your approach to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Listen and understand customer needs, providing empathetic support to help resolve incidents.
  • Work collaboratively with the Claims team to ensure seamless incident management and resolution.
  • Utilize computer software systems, including Microsoft Office applications, to efficiently manage claims and customer interactions.
  • Strive to maintain the highest standards in your work, with a keen eye for detail and pinpoint accuracy.
