Position: Rewards Program Partnership Lead

Salary: Up to £47,500

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

Role Overview:

This position is part of the buying team, dedicated to managing a segment of the online rewards portfolio. The primary focus is to enhance the development, execution, and profitability of the offerings.

The role requires collaboration with a global network of over 70 suppliers to secure optimal products and pricing, while also exercising creativity in curating the overall selection.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting data analysis to support margin management and ensure a competitive and appealing range of merchandise.
  • Establishing and nurturing supplier relationships, including negotiations, service agreements, and performance evaluations to guarantee high service quality and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling reward propositions and addressing client inquiries regarding product offerings and pricing.
  • Assisting the Finance department with invoicing queries.
  • Leading the operational rollout of new reward suppliers and offerings from conception to launch, including support during the sales process as needed.
  • Proposing process enhancements to boost service efficiency and effectiveness, while identifying opportunities for product improvements.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of any issues related to rewards or suppliers.
  • Providing training to internal teams on the sales and operation of reward products.
  • Contributing to the technical development of reward products and systems.
  • Maintaining awareness of external factors such as legislation, trademarks, and taxation, implementing necessary changes.
  • Identifying new suppliers to enhance the existing product range.
  • Gathering insights on competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Supporting the company's profitability and redemption objectives.
  • Willingness to work occasional unsocial hours and undertake ad hoc international travel.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Significant experience in online retail, purchasing, or range management.
  • Experience with international product offerings and negotiation in online retail, B2B, or drop shipping environments is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
  • Comfortable in a multicultural environment with global stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in supplier relationship management.
  • Experience in utilizing data and databases for decision-making and business updates.
  • High level of commercial acumen.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident, proactive, results-oriented, and possessing a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and capable of driving projects to completion.
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
