This position is characterized by its variety and fast-paced nature, requiring strong teamwork and coordination with various agencies to achieve positive outcomes efficiently.

We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing atmosphere that encourages reflection and professional growth, with regular individual supervisions to help navigate the complexities of the role.

One of the key aspects of this position is the opportunity to innovate in care planning, where your insights and suggestions will be welcomed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary professional in safeguarding initiatives, ensuring prompt and effective responses in accordance with child protection protocols, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address individual needs, emphasizing strengths and establishing clear, achievable outcomes through SMART objectives.
  • Foster empowering relationships with children, young people, and families to facilitate positive transformations and improved results.
  • Prepare child-centered reports and plans for various settings, such as legal proceedings, that accurately capture their experiences.
