**Job Title:** Events and Toilet Service Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events and Toilet Service Coordinator to join our team at Vp plc. As an Events and Toilet Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our portable toilet services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect portable toilets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Set up equipment on site and ensure it is in good working order
  • Service equipment on site in accordance with agreed rotas and legal requirements
  • Maintain all equipment to ensure trouble-free operation
  • Complete all necessary paperwork as required
  • Conduct daily vehicle and pump checks to minimize downtime
  • Support the branch with any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Comfortable driving a 3.5T vehicle and holding a valid driving license
  • High levels of customer service and clear communication skills
  • Pro-active and able to work independently for long periods
  • Able to work to a set schedule
  • Good attention to detail, including electronic and paper-based written communication
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Good knowledge of the local area
  • Flexible in approach
