Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Training Coordinator to enhance our Student Support initiatives within the Education Services sector. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who will collaborate closely with the Student Support Department and the Head of Student Wellbeing at our esteemed institution. The Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in implementing a structured training program that emphasizes student mental health, wellbeing, and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a comprehensive training program focused on student mental health, wellbeing, and inclusion, guided by senior leadership.
  • Plan and coordinate events while establishing efficient systems for program management.
  • Deliver administrative support for training sessions and workshops, including logistical planning and communication.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot online training management systems, ensuring effective communication through websites and social media.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in administration, project management, or coordination roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with excellent communication capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work.
  • Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office, content management systems, and virtual learning platforms.
