Role Overview:
As a key member of the training team, you will be responsible for conducting both virtual and in-person training sessions for care staff across various locations. Your role will involve:
- Delivering comprehensive virtual inductions.
- Facilitating engaging in-person training workshops.
- Ensuring that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
Qualifications:
While previous training experience is not a prerequisite, a solid background in hands-on care is essential. Proficiency in computer skills is crucial for conducting virtual training sessions effectively. Regular travel will be required, so having access to reliable transportation is important.
