About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Home Meadow in Toft Cambridge. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the activities schedule in the home is varied, stimulating, and fun for our residents.

You will work closely with our Activities team to develop and implement activity programs that respect individual needs and preferences. This will involve establishing links with the local community to encourage their involvement and increase social interaction.
