About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver activity programmes that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to identify resident needs and preferences
  • Plan and coordinate outings and events that promote social interaction and community engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programmes and make recommendations for improvement
