Residential Care Home Leader

About the Role:
The Head Housekeeper will lead our Housekeeping team, ensuring the highest service standards of cleaning to provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall responsibility for support services within the home for laundry and domestic housekeeping.
- Support the management team in the recruitment, induction and training of the support service team; ensuring training targets are met and team is competent in their roles.
- Manage rotas, budgets, stocks and reporting duties for the Housekeeping department within the home.
- Support, lead, manage and inspire direct reports to deliver outstanding service for the home.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, with proven experience successfully managing a team, budgets and targets.
- A passion for care – we're looking for a genuinely caring individual who will put the needs of our residents first.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as high attention to detail.
