Care Home Nurse - Leadership Role

At Cambridge Manor Care Home, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Home Nurse - Leadership Role. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible standard of care for our residents.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident health status, ensuring timely interventions and referrals as needed.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, adhering to NMC guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse - valid NMC PIN Number
  • Ability to motivate and delegate effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Genuine interest in working with the elderly
  • Satisfactory DBS and DBS Adult First check
  • Team Player - Ability to work across a multidisciplinary team
