About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to lead our Cardiothoracic Surgery team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Cardiothoracic Surgery and will be responsible for managing the team and providing clinical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Manage the team's workload and resources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration
- Experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
