Excelcare Holdings: A Leading Provider of Residential Care

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Home Manager to lead our Brook House Residential Care Home in Cambridge, a city renowned for its rich history and culture.

Brook House is a small, friendly care home with a bright and welcoming setting, offering residential, dementia, end-of-life, and respite care. As the Senior Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for 35 bedrooms, many with garden views, arranged over two floors.

About You:
  • Proven experience in a nursing or care home setting, preferably with older people
  • Leadership skills and ability to supervise and develop a team
  • Level 5 management qualification in Health and Social Care, or working towards it
  • Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation
What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary of £42,000 per annum, based on 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
