About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Alex Wood House Care Home in Cambridge. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key part in the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support the care team in delivering exceptional care to residents.
  • Assist with supervision, appraisal, and performance management of the care team.
  • Carry out enhanced clinical care duties, including monitoring vital signs and urine output.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care position and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A proven track record of leading, empowering, and supporting a team.
