Lead Residential Care Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to work at Home Meadow in Toft.
- Salary: £13.10 per hour
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week, including every other weekend (7:30am-7:30pm)
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for supervising the care team and administering medication as needed. Your expertise will be essential in mentoring junior staff members to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
In addition to your clinical skills, we require previous experience in a care environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents alike.
