About the Role:

The successful candidate will be a skilled Residential Development Solicitor with a proven track record in handling a variety of residential development matters, including acquisitions, promotion agreements, and disposals. They will have a strong understanding of the residential development process and be able to work closely with other members of the team to manage transfers and coordinate with other teams within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handling a caseload of residential development matters, including acquisitions, promotion agreements, and disposals.
  2. Working closely with other members of the team to manage transfers and coordinate with other teams within the firm.
  3. Providing expert advice on residential development matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
