About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Solicitor with a strong background in employment law, ideally with 4+ years PQE gained within a strong regional, national or city firm. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and providing excellent client service.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, life assurance, private healthcare, and a range of flexible working options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on employment law matters to clients across various sectors, including education, financial services, construction, and public sector.
  • Assist in business development activities, including attending networking events and drafting sector-relevant articles for publication.
  • Contribute to the development of our Employment practice, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to think commercially and provide practical solutions to complex problems. A strong understanding of employment law and its applications in various sectors is essential.
