About the Role:

The University of Cambridge, School of Clinical Medicine, is seeking a highly skilled and resourceful administrator to support the School's postgraduate education objectives through a diverse range of projects and communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies across the School, including website management, email outreach, and event coordination.
  • Support strategic projects that contribute to the growth and success of the School's postgraduate programs.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive the School's objectives forward.
  • Oversee communications related to postgraduate activities, including website management and event planning.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-starter with a strong background in communication and project management. You should have:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A solid understanding of the higher education sector.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
  • A degree-level education (or equivalent experience).

Role Details:

  • Part-time: 0.6 FTE (days and hours to be agreed)
  • Fixed-term: Two years from the start date
