Job Opportunity: Course Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Course Administrator to support the administration of our MPhil programme in Data Intensive Science.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Course Coordinator and Course Director to ensure the smooth operation of the programme. Key responsibilities include coordinating teaching and examinations, supporting the admission process, and serving as the first point of contact for students.

Requirements include a HND/HNC or equivalent level of practical experience in administration, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of the Higher Education sector, particularly the postgraduate environment, is desirable.

The MPhil DIS is a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a team of 7 academic staff and up to 70 affiliated lecturers and teaching staff. The successful candidate will be based in the Maxwell Centre and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and staff.
